Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has urged foreign investors and development finance institutions to fund key projects in agriculture, energy, and technology to drive economic growth in the state. Radda made the call following his participation at the ongoing 2025 Oxford Africa Business Forum, held at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
