Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has set up a committee to probe reports of salary deductions, underpayment, and non-payment affecting civil servants in the state. He declared such acts as gross violation of workers’ rights and a betrayal of public trust. This is as he grants the committee a seven-day ultimatum to file its report.
