The Central Bank of Nigeria has announced the 299th meeting of its Monetary Policy Committee using four indigenous languages, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, and Pidgin. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the apex bank shared the announcement in different languages: Hausa: “Sanarwa, kwamitin kudi na MPC zai gudanar da taro karo na ‘299’ #MPC”
